The Marin Group is a Fee Only Investment Firm

We receive no commissions from the buying or selling of securities. We will incur commissions generated by transactions of securities; however, these are discount commissions and are kept by Schwab Institutional for their service and support. There are no other account or transaction fees involved. This “non-commission” structure eliminates any conflicts of interest that arise in traditional commission arrangements. Marin charges a quarterly fee of between 0.313% and 0.225% depending on the level of assets under management. This fee is payable at the end of each calendar quarter and is based on the portfolio’s end of month value.
